Guest Stay 12/26/20-1/1/21 "This cabin was very spacious. It was beautiful and clean. The outside property was perfect. We had everything we needed for our group. Loved the personal touches by the owner." Kelly Guest Stay 10/9/20-10/12/20 "Loved location and privacy. Close to CB, on river with Mountain View’s, wrap around porch, clean hot tub, plenty room." Karen Guest Stay 8/8/20-8/15/20 "Beautiful and spacious log cabin right on the East River. Perfect for fishing and big yard for dogs to run around. Close proximity to golf course and downtown Crested Butte!" Julie Guest Stay 7/24/20-7/29/20 "This place is absolutely amazing. Part of the property sits in between two creeks but most of the property is right on the big river. Our kids and I fished and swam in the river every day. Then, we would jump in the hot tub that overlooked the river, so cool. We hardly left The house the entire stay because it was so nice. The kitchen is very large and the huge table is a great place hang out. There are several places to hang out on the inside and outside. The deck is huge with plenty of seats to relax and watch the river, mountains and clouds. It has a great fire pit on the deck with comfortable chairs around it. I don’t know how it gets better than this place. We will hopefully be back next year." Nick Guest Stay 7/1/20-7/5/20 "What a perfect spot for a family vacation. The dogs had an amazing large private yard to enjoy and the fishermen in our group loved the ability to wet their line quickly along the East River that literally was just a few steps from the beautiful cabin. The house had great views of the mountains and the location was an easy drive to the town of Crested Butte and to fishing venues along the Taylor River. We enjoyed the hot tub and reading on the wrap-around porches. The decor was the epitome of a mountain lodge with lots of taxidermy animals evident, but that was okay with us although the dogs had to get used to it! Large kitchen and huge dining room table were perfect for cooking and enjoying meals together during this time of Covid-19. House was a great fit for our family of 7 with room to bring more friends next time." Sarah Guest Stay 2/1/18-2/4/18 "Overall, we had a fabulous time at the home. We felt it was a good value for the price (especially when the house was full) and a great location. We loved the hot tub and loved that the home accommodated our 2 pets. It was just what we were looking for and it came much more stocked (toiletries, condiments, appliances, etc) than we anticipated! I'd say the only things to improve/change would be to add a bit more description of the fact that this is a hunting cabin. Although there were some photos which included the stuffed/mounted animals, there were WAY more in person, from actual animals to photos, etc. It was pretty overwhelming (and our dog Ollie was definitely sketched out in the living room for the first night, poor guy, although it was a bit humorous too) when you first walked in. I don't think the amount of dead animals throughout the house would've caused us to book elsewhere, but it was certainly intense (especially if you're not into that at all) and a better heads up (pun totally intended! hahaha!) would've been nice. I think the biggest complaint would be the mattresses. The master bed seemed the best of all (my brother, the birthday boy, and his wife got that one), but the rest of the mattresses were WAY too firm. Some foam or a padded mattress pad would go a long way in making thebeds more comfortable. We got GREAT service from the ladies in the office and on multiple occasions. I know we talked a lot with Kat, although she wasn't the only one. We will absolutely remember Peak Property Management for future Crested Butte vacations." Ashley
