This Eagle's Nest unit is close to the slopes and boasts an amazing view of Mt. Crested Butte. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome perched above the resort might just become your favorite place for vacations in Crested Butte for years to come! Eagle's Nest #25 is sure to provide the perfect setting for your Crested Butte summer vacation! An open floor plan makes it easy to be close to your family or friends while cooking or relaxing in the living room. The master bedroom has a (1) King bed, it's own bath and private deck. Down the hall there is a 2nd bedroom with one (1) Queen and one (1) Twin bed with a full bath in the hallway. One more level up there is a 3rd bedroom with bunk beds.

For relaxation, take just a few steps out your front door and soak those aching muscles in the large HOT TUB after a day on the slopes, hiking or biking one of our many trails. NOTE: The hot tub will be closed Sept 30 - Nov 26 for fall maintenance.
PARKING: Only 2 cars allowed to park on premises. 1 in garage, 1 in overflow parking or directly outside of garage bay.
**We have 2 options for you regarding damage protection. We offer for you to purchase damage protection for $55. This covers you for up to $3,000 in damages that could occur to the property during your stay. Or you can choose to pay a $500 refundable damage deposit. When booking directly online please let us know in the notes which option you would like.**

I really like the Eagles nest location and this unit specifically. It is has been our "go to place" when we go to Mt Crested Butte in the summer. The owners are very pleasant and always leave us some wine upon our arrival. The unit was very well stocked with necessities such as towels and toilet paper and kitchenware. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you need. There were also plenty of small use items that I always forget such as glad bags, storage containers, coffee filters, spices, or olive oil. Additionally, there is a gas grill in the garage which we used frequently. The garage is empty so plenty of room to conveniently park your car and accommodate both of our bikes. Washer and dryer located in the garage with laundry detergent and dryer towels. The management company is very responsive to any of any of our needs and has and always accommodates our later arrival."
